Reviewing service requests on the service request portal

To review a service request on the service request portal:

  1. Click the URL provided to open the service request portal. The Service Request Portal page is displayed.
  2. View the service requests.
    Optionally, use the predefined filters to display service requests that meet the criteria:
    My Open Service Requests
    To view your open service requests.
    My Closed Service Request
    To view your closed service requests
  3. Once you have viewed the service request, close the screen.
