Updating service requests on the service request portal

To update a service request via the service request portal:
Note: If a work order or case is already associated to the service request, all fields are protected and no updates are allowed.
  1. Click the URL provided to open the service request portal. The Service Request Portal page is displayed.
  2. Select the My Open Service Requests predefined filter to view your open service requests.
  3. Select the service request record to update, and then double-click the record to open it.
  4. Modify the service request details as necessary.
  5. Click Submit.
