Adding remarks to the customer request To add remarks to the customer request: Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center. Click New Record. Specify this information: Remarks Enter any remarks regarding the customer, work order, or request. Copy to WO Select to copy the remarks to the work order when you click Create WO.
