Specifying GIS attributes for the Call Center form

Select GIS layer attributes based on the customer address to display on the Additional Info popup of the Call Center form.

To specify attributes for the Call Center form:

  1. Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center.
  2. Select an organization, and then click the GIS Attributes tab.
  3. Click Add Attribute. The system inserts a new Attribute Details record.
  4. Specify this information:
    Layer
    Select the layer for which to choose attributes.
    Attribute
    Select the attribute to appear on the popup.
    Alias
    Enter an alias for the attribute. If your attribute name is PC_Parcid enter Parcel Number in Alias.
  5. Click Submit.
