Changing work order status

Change work order status on the Work Order Scheduling form.

To change work order status:

  1. Select Work > WO Planning > WO Scheduling.
  2. Select a work order and a daily schedule record for which to change the status, and then click Actions > Change WO Status.
  3. Specify this information:
    New Status
    Select the status to which to change the work order.
    Note: You may only select a New Status with a system status of R.
  4. Click Submit.
