Description

Print the hazard chart.

Equipment > Assets > Reliability Calculations

Note:  You may also access this report on the Reliability Calculations tab of the Positions page.

Parameters

Specify H for Type to print the hazard chart.

Specify the Problem Code, Failure Code, Cause Code, Action Code, Sequence Number, Start Day, and Scale Multiplier.
