Merging nonconformities

If different users track two nonconformities that are determined to be the same issue, these nonconformities and their observations can be merged.

To merge nonconformities:

  1. Select Equipment > Nonconformities.
  2. Select a nonconformity record to keep, and then click Merge Nonconformity.
  3. Select the nonconformity to be merged.
  4. Click Submit.
