Associating pumps to tanks and fuel for depots

Associate pumps with the tanks and fuel the pump will issue.

To associate pumps to tanks and fuel for depots:

  1. Select Work > Fuel Management > Depots.
  2. Select the depot for which to associate pumps to tanks, and then click the Tank/Pump tab.
  3. Click Add Record.
  4. Specify this information:
    Tank
    Specify the tank to associate to the pump for the selected depot. The system automatically populates the tank description and Fuel.
    Pump
    Specify the pump to associate to the tank for the selected depot. The system automatically populates the pump description.
  5. Optionally, select the Active check box to designate the pump as active on the selected tank.
  6. Click Submit.
