Editing existing caller records

Edit existing caller records on the Add/Edit Caller popup. Then you may save the changes to the selected caller’s record or as a new record.

Note: Editing an existing caller record permanently updates the caller’s information in the system. If you only want to specify a different contact person for a specific service request, simply enter the contact’s information on the Service Request form.

To edit existing caller records:

  1. Select Work > Service Requests.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Search for a caller by using the Find Caller By search bar.
  4. Right-click on the form, and then choose Add/Edit Caller.
  5. Choose one of the following options:
    • Save as New
      Click after you edit existing caller details to save the changes as a new caller record.
    • Save Changes
      Click after you edit existing caller details to save the changes to this caller record.
    Note: If an ID is listed on the existing record, you must change theID before clicking Save as New.

    Click Cancel to close the Add/Edit Caller popup without saving changes.

    Click Reset to clear all data on the Add/Edit Caller popup.
