Adding employees to crews

Add employees or update employee information for crews.

To add employees to crews:

  1. Select Work > Setup > Crews.
  2. Select the crew to which to add employees, and then click the Employees tab.
  3. Click Add Employee.
  4. Specify this information:
    Employee
    Specify the employee code. The system automatically populates Name.
    Start Date
    Specify the shift start date for the employee.
    End Date
    Specify the shift end date for the employee.
  5. Click Submit.
