Hiding global Dataspies

Choose to hide global Dataspies from selected user groups on specific screens or tabs.

To hide global Dataspies:

Select Administration > Security > User Groups.
Select the user group for which to hide Dataspies, and then click the Screen Permissions tab.
Select the screen or tab for which to hide Dataspies, and then click Hide Global Dataspies. The system automatically populates Dataspy Name and Global Default.
Select the Hide Dataspy check box to hide specific Dataspies from the selected user group.
Click Submit.
