Using the toolbar
Access basic system functions on the toolbar. Hover the cursor over a button to view a pop-up description of the button’s function.
See the following descriptions when accessing buttons on the toolbar:

| returns to the previous page | CTRL+Left Arrow or F11 |
| saves the current record | CTRL+S or F10 |
| inserts a new record | CTRL+N or F6 |
| deletes the record | CTRL+D or CTRL+F6 |
| displays the next record | CTRL+Down Arrow |
| displays the previous record | CTRL+Up Arrow |
| copies the current record. See Copying records. | CTRL+F or F4 |
| clears changes to the current record | CTRL+R |
| prints the current record | ALT+P |
| displays a preview of the current report | |
| displays online help for the current page | ALT+H |
| displays the page in designer mode, for system administrators only | ALT+E |
| returns the page to normal mode | CTRL+I |
| displays the layout of screen with hidden fields removed, and without saving changes on the screen/returning to normal mode | ALT+W |
